This practice takes movement outside the box, including animal crawls, play, stretching, balance and much much more.
Sam teaches to anyone almost anywhere, indoor or outdoor, private or public. Classes also range in length and level of difficulty, catering to the client's needs.

LOW IMPACT h.I.I.t classes
Low Impact H.I.I.T is a high-intensity interval training class based on the principles of Pilates, designed to improve strength and core stability, resulting in sleek, toned muscles.
Being low-impact, this class is safe for the joints and is highly accessible to beginners, and great for those rehabilitating the body.
