Why am I a mover, and share movement?
As Ido Portal puts it, “move because you can.” I have been moving my entire life, and so have you. The reason I label myself a “Mover” is that I am not devoted to one movement modality, or even a few, I choose to try it all and to recognize all movement, no matter how subtle.
To me, sharing with others is a passion. Nothing gives me more happiness than to help others move; to let them know there is always a way, no matter the obstacle - for all that is, moves.

"Sam Killick Move Meant" is a movement instructor that offers dynamic movement classes. Each class has a purpose and is programmed to specific goals. Sam offers to help you reach your movement goals, and invites you to move beyond them.
In-person services are offered in Edmonton, Ab and surrounding areas.
ONE ON ONE TRAINING
This session or sessions are programmed for the client to reach their movement goals in a personalized setting.
Is designed for groups of two or more. Depending on the movement goals of the group we may work through partner play, mobility, strength or agility drills.
